Black coat

I'd really like a new black overcoat. I know they're very in this year so there are a lot around. I just ordered the H and M one and it's not good- absolutely enormous for a start.

Thinking about this.

There a lovely Jigsaw one here but it's very £££

The COS one is double breasted and the fit says oversized. Usually that means you'll swim in it. I like the Jigsaw one; it's single breasted which is more slimming, and it fits better at the shoulders.

Even if you don't splash out for the Jigsaw one, look for one that fits at the shoulders.

mdinbc thank you. Good idea about the fit at the shoulders. I really didn't like being drowned in the H and M one.

I’ve got the Jigsaw one from last year in grey and it’s lovely and will last for years. I wore it loads and it’s immaculate.

PinkTonic I would like the Jigsaw one. It's very pricy though.
Has anyone seen anything similar but less expensive?

Have you looked on Vinted? You can get some great bargains, lots of overcoats on there and can filter for brands like Jigsaw etc.
