Can anyone recommend someone in London (South London, or Surrey even better) for colour analysis?

You need to decide what type of colour analysis you want first really. You have 4, 12, 16 seasons, or a tonal analysis.

Ultimately all of them will tell you your best colours but some systems are more flexible than others.
