Please help me fix my hair!

My hair is fine but there is a lot of it and I suffer with what I think is dandruff. I dandruff isn't so visible but when I run my fingers through my scalp I can feel little 'bits' which are white.

I have noticed that my hair seems to be thinning around the hairline and I have a LOT of frizz, particularly on top of my head, the hair seems to stand straight up and I can't fix it.

I was recommended a rosemary and mint shampoo to help with the thinning and dandruff but my hair is now so dry it feels awful.

I don't want to keep spending ££ on products that don't work!

Does anyone have any recommendations for products that help:

I'd have a thyroid test before buying anything.

Eating seeds, almonds, cashew nuts, walnuts, really helps with thinning hair. Only washing your hair once a week helps too. Also, try applying shampoo to dry hair then wash out with water. You can use any shampoo, at the moment i have a bottle of Tresemme cheapy shampoo. Also, i take an iron supplement, make sure your iron levels are ok xx
