Bought my first ever Mom jeans. I'm doomed to fashion purgatory

They fit beautifully around my round bum and mum tum. The thigh area is loose enough to be comfortable but not baggy. The bottoms don't flap around my ankles like the wide legged jeans. They look 'nice', Not fabulous, but I can breathe! Skinny jeans I still love but oh the luxury of being able to eat a meal and not undo the waist button.

Hello comfort, goodbye fashion.

...I think you'll find you've said hello to fashion and goodbye to the noughties.

Where are they from and please share the style name/label.

M&S do brilliant ones. Stretch makes a big difference when you eat!!!

I just bought my first pair too. They're from Next and I had to buy a size 10 instead of my usual 14. The sizing is mad, but they fit beautifully so I'll take it!

Er mom jeans are completely now. Skinny jeans have been over for years.

zombie thread from 5 years ago?

My young teen daughter thought they were grim. I'll take pleasure in telling her they are the height of fashion lol. She does wear a similar style only ankle grazing more, so I'm going to check her labels.

Mine were from Next, and yes the sizing is a bit strange.
