Shoes and boots for Autumn and Winter. What are you wearing?

Last year I wore suede, block heeled, pull on ankle boots with my work dresses.

Need an update. I love my Doc Martins, but they are not acceptable as part of my workwear.
What are we thinking style wise, for up-to-date boots to wear with thick tights, dress and blazer. Long boots, ankle?

I need a heel but not a stiletto.

I live in Russell and Bromley tan boots. They're block heel and calf length. They're so comfy and I can wear them all day everyday.

I have some Boden, block heeled loafers which are great. Just not sure what else I can wear.
