Help... shoes for an interview

Desperately need help choosing some shoes for a face to face interview.
I will be wearing a black trouser suit with plain vest or t shirt. Are smart trainers a no no? Ballet pumps seem a bit flimsy. I cannot wear heels and think they're pretty outdated now. I'm a size 14-16 with small feet so always conscious to "balance things out a bit" so maybe a loafer?
What's the most acceptable sort of interview shoes these days?
I need in the next few days so probably need to order from Amazon or next day delivery. Help!

Flat black pumps or ballet flats are fine for what you're wearing. If you don't want to wear pumps then black loafers or brogues.

Depends on the post you're being interviewed for but trainers with smart interview clothes are.in my view, wrong. "Smart trainers" are a contradiction in terms. I wouldn't even notice any of the other options , including heels (as long as they weren't outrageously high)as they'd just blend in with the rest of what you're wearing but trainers would stick out.

Wear derby or brogue shoes with a low heel or chunky-ish soles. I don't like wearing ballet flats or loafers.
You might get away with smart trainers, but I find the term a contradiction.

If you have smart trainers or ballet flats, I'd wear those, if they go with the outfit.
The smart trainers would need to be new-looking not grubby converse or something.

The rest of the outfit sounds good. T-shirt/top needs to be smart. Good luck with the interview.

I've got some very low block heels that have a fairly pointed toe, almost flats but give appearance of smarter
Also got chunky loafers
