Piercing - sore neck from sleeping funny

So had a piercing done the other day, been using a travel pillow to sleep on that side, but it’s not very comfortable. This morning I’ve woken up with a sore neck. Is there something better than the travel pillow ?

Presume an ear piercing? I got one of these

If I got an ear piercing again I would get a cheap memory foam pillow, bread knife and cut a square out of it! My tragus piercing has caused me to have more wrinkles on one side of my face due to the sleeping on one side for a year as it was a bugger to heal.
