New trainers .. help

Need some new trainers and not got a clue which ones to get .. I’m 43 so nothing super trendy but need something my 15yo DSD won’t think are horrific .. last pair I bought were gucci ace but had them over 2 years so def need an update now. Any other ladies of a similar age want to show me what you wearing please.

This year I've bought Nike Dunks and the pictured NB 530s and Sambas. I have a pair of Onitsuka Tigers but haven't been wearing them as much. I still wear my AF1s a fair bit too - I don't think they're 'trendy' any more but I don't really care, they're comfortable and go with pretty much everything.

I’ve been looking at sambas I’m not sure if I’m trendy enough to pull off dunks I do like them though im big on comfort too so usually go for stuff that’s not in fashion like the aces .. never really in so never really out they still sell them now 😂 i don’t struggle with any other shoes just really struggle with trainers 😫 I’ll try on the dunks and samba see if either look ok.

I have these. I like Stan Smiths but need to wear insoles with him because they are too flat for me.

I did look at a pair of these.. they pretty much exactly same style as my old ones so may well end up going for them .. wonder if they are as comfy ?

I'm not at all trendy (and I'm not on TikTok), I just liked the look of them 😄 I bought the Dunks from a friend as they didn't fit her; I probably wouldn't have bought them otherwise. I really love both the NBs and the Sambas though, along with my AF1s they'll probably do me for the next couple of years.
