Hi, looking for advice. The skin around the outside of my nose, just at the nostrils, is red and itchy. It's not really flaky so I'm not convinced it's a dermatitis type thing. It nearly feels more luke an allergy but it's there for about a year. I've tried steroid creams, la Roche posay cicaplast. Dr jart cicapair covers it well but doesn't stop the itch so I invariably wipe my makeup off scratching! I've gone without makeup for a couple of weeks with no difference. I've tried different moisturisers, nothing seems to make it worse or better. Any ideas?
Second is my 10yo dd. She has a rash under her bottom lip, like dry cracked skin which bleeds and is very painful at times. A holiday to Spain completely cleared it. Steroid creams and antibiotic creams heal it for short periods only. This is going on for months. Any ideas?
