Please help me find an incredibly EXTRA dress

Please help me find a dress (or jumpsuit?) for an awards event… I want something ridiculously extra and everything I see online just looks meh. Happy to rent or buy… preferably below £150.

I’m 5ft 9, size 8. Want something that screams ‘here I am!’ Short is fine (preferable) but prefer not to have boobs out. Feathers, sequins, giant shoulder pads, whatever- just something WOW!

i think renting is a good strategy… that being said Sister Jane have shorter dresses with volume around your budget. I’m not sure if they’re nice because I’m more a minimalist.

I second The Vampire's Wife dresses. If you can stretch to buy 2nd hand or rent, they're The dresses to wear. I buy them for big events like award ceremonies and business events where I need to make an impression. They sadly don't make them my size, but when my tailor takes them in she is impressed at how they're made and easy to adapt, so if you can only get a bigger size for the right price, you can get it nipped in.
