Trouser suggestions

I am a tricky shape - short, short waisted which is nipped in with big thighs and butt. Size 18.

However, I do also carry a lot of weight on my lower tummy. I don't have the good legs of an apple and the fat distribution is a bit different from a traditional apple shape. Basically I'm weeble shaped - good low centre of balance ;)

Whilst dresses are usually way better, I could do with at least one pair of smart trousers for work.

I see lots of midsize/plus size women in Insta , often bigger than me, pulling on these tailored but loosely skimming trousers which don't cling to their tummy but every single pair I try does, even if I size up (and then they are too loose elsewhere especially around the waist).

I don't want to look smaller and I know that my tummy is my tummy. I just want some work trousers that don't make it look actively worse.

Any ideas? I have tried M&S as they seem to be a go to for this kind of thing but not hit the jackpot yet. Budget is mid high street and slight preference for navy over black.
