Highlighter for pale skin

Just looking for some recommendations on a highlighter for super pale skin, trying to go for that 'dewy' look, but its hard as I don't wear a full face of foundation/bb cream, which every person I see with 'dewy' skin online seems to do (despite having lovely natural skin!) I spot conceal then lightly use a bit of Laura Mercier translucent powder.
I use Glossier Cloud Paint as a blush, so I think ideally I'd want another cream/liquid product, but there's a lot of overly sparkly or coloured ones out there, so has anyone hit on a good creamy 'dewy' highlighter?
Budget flexible - ideally under £20 but willing to go over if its truly life changingly good. Also, where are you applying it on your face??

Hiya!

I could have written this post myself!! @Foxblue did you manage to find one that you like?

I've tried so many but not found one I like yet.

Hiya @BexD88 no, still on the lookout unfortunately! Saw some highlighter sticks in a big H&M a while back that looked interesting but didn't get a chance to try one! Need to do a tester day in a big Boots

have you tried Lisa Eldridge's Pink Moon?

Revolution do a nice range of cushiony highlighters

I wear my highlighter on the cheekbones just under my eyes.
Best highlighters I have used:
Clinique Chubby Stick
Ilia multistick
Trinny London
Hourglass Vanish highlighter is the best but ridiculously expensive
Hourglass powder highlighter is also beautiful, again expensive
