So bored of my look - my make up looks ok but is definitely not doing me any favours as I get older and I would like to get some professional help on a make up over haul
where to start ? I’m 54 - like to think I’m still stylish and want to stay modern but understated if you know what I mean !
I thought maybe to book in with a specific brand eg Trish mcevoy ? Bobbi brown or similar ? I’m london based so easy to travel into the centre. I keep ordering random things I see on insta and getting some expensive mistakes 😂any ideas welcome

Depends on your budget... but if you are OK with spending a few ££ then you should drop in to a Space NK. They have some good brands that the department stores don't carry. I don't know if they do makeovers, but the staff are helpful.

When my makeup bag needed an overhaul, I spent ages looking at Nars, Bobbi Brown etc in John Lewis without finding anything I loved. Then found By Terry and IT cosmetics in Space NK and never looked back!

@Squiblet thanks I currently use space nk hit and miss i used to use a lot of terry for base and moved to Nars but my fave always looks dull ! I need a base with a glow and def need ideas for cheeks ! Will maybe revisit a bigger branch and book in a make up session which I know they do
