Treat spa day at the end of mat leave - help me pick a treatment and plan the day

So I'm ending my mat leave with baby 3 shortly, last baby so I'm pretty exhausted (3 under 5!) I'm determined to have a much needed spa day all by myself (the silence!!) before returning to work whilst DD settles at the childminders.

There is a deal at my local spa for 2 hours swim/sauna followed by an hour's treatment which is very reasonable. I just can't decide what to have! My body is broken, my back is for sure, shoulders etc too are rough and I'd love a little head massage to relieve tension. However I also love the sound of a facial. There is a massage and facial treatment but I guess the time is split (all treatments are 60min) so I'm worried they will move on to the facial and I won't feel fully done with a massage. There are separate massage (including hot stones etc) or a separate facial treatment which includes a head and shoulder massage.

Basically I won't it all done and don't want to waste so much money and feel i got it wrong. I can't imagine I will get another chance to go forever!!

Also is there an order you are meant to do sauna/swim/hot tub in that's better for your skin?

If I was choosing one thing I'd do the massage. I agree that splitting the time is less luxurious some how. I'm not sure there is a consensus on the right order (except massage at the end so you don't wash off the oils) but I'd be interested to know if there was one.
