Help Please! Nice flat winter boots

I'm after some black (but open to other colours) flat, warm boots. Must be flat. Preferably mid calf.

I don't want normal Ugg type boots, I would like more structure.

I've some nice Dune ones for the past few years but they have bitten the dust.

Budget about £200 ish

Any ideas please?

I will be wearing them on holiday to Iceland (but not hiking). And for work when it's cold.

I have some Fly boots which are very comfy and warm and very well made

Only downside is they are if the 'clumpy' boot style and not waterproof
