Please help me find a coat!

Hi everyone!

I'm really struggling to find a winter coat and would really appreciate some help!

I'm looking for a coat that is waterproof and warm, suitable for dog walking, school runs etc. Long length, the longer the better! I can only seen to find long warm coats but they aren't waterproof and if it rains then take ages to dry or I've found long waterproof coats but they aren't warm enough for winter.

Size 12 and £150 budget.

Thin waterproof and wear a fleece underneath when it's cold. That way you can wear it all year round.
