Glow not shimmer? Any recommendations?

I’m looking for a product to give me a glow. Not shimmer. I currently use Hourglass powder but it’s a bit shimmery. My skin is combination. I need a bit of coverage.

I use te Charlotte tilbury flawless filter too, all over my face under foundation / to highlight my cheekbones too. I love the REFY water based powder over makeup too because it sort of melts into my skin after about 30 minutes with this amazing glow!
