Smart trainers for office

Is there such a thing as a pair of smart looking trainers that I could wear to work?

I've just come back from a meeting in the city which involved a lot of walking to and from the train. I would have loved to wear sandals or flip flops, but they would have killed my feet walking that distance. I couldn't wear my usual walking trainers as I was wearing a dress. So I had to wear my leather boots.

My feet are so swollen and blistered now. Is there such a thing as a pair of smart-ish looking black or brown trainers that are comfy but office-wear appropriate?

Clarks Nalle Lace are super comfortable and I think quite smart in the leather options.

Fitflops footwear are ideal with memory sole insoles and arch support, I've got trainer, winter boots, ankle boots and shoes. My feet feel like they're walking on clouds. I'm buying a pair of fitflop sandals to put away for next summer.

My dd bought these for her holiday to Spain and they were very comfortable. She walked a lot and her feet were well supported as they had arch support. They are a blend between trainers and sandals.

I've got the Fitflop Rallys which are just plain white leather trainers but the ones I get the most comments on for looking more dressy are my Russell & Bromley Puffy trainers - mine are both white but they do come in black, it's just whether you go for a black sole or white sole? I also like the Park Up's by R & B.

Michael Kors have some very smart ones. With a wedge heel too and soooo comfortable
