How much for Olay?!

Just as the subject says: I was flabbergasted to see the price of a pot of Olay moisturiser in Superdrug today. Thirty six of your English pounds - say whaaaaat?! That’s decidedly not high street price for me, personally. Regenerist Whip or something like that.

Is this price point a recent cost of living thing or am I woefully behind the times? Surely Olay moisturiser is meant to be £10-15 a pop? I pay about £18 for LRP moisturiser, so that’s my benchmark.

That's their premium product. Plenty of cheaper ones

£5:

L'Oréal is the same price as olay, i was shocked but they must have improved their quality and ingredients. Of i had that much to spent id be wanting something like origins or khiels.

Basic Olay is very reasonable. The whip stuff is really lovely but pricey. Always find a deal.

The Regeneration line has always been very expensive.

I do think it's good - it has good Peptides - but I agree it's a stupid price7for a drugstore product.

@eldorado02 You can get it for half that price or less.
Amazon, Boots and even Waitrose have it cheaper.

Boots had it for £19 this week and on Amazon it's around £15.

I've never paid full price.

sunights · 12/12/2023 00:14

I'm guessing it could be priced that way so it can be promoted as being sold at a 50% discount in the near future....

Blingismything · 12/12/2023 19:13

Boots also had it on their £10 Tuesday offers last week.

Girlattheback · 12/12/2023 23:51

Olay regenerist is currently 50% off on Amazon.
