Autumn Winter Work Wear

What are you all wearing Autumn Winter to the Office.

For the summer I have a couple of lovely linen Hobbs wrap fit and flare dresses bought on eBay and a couple of weird fish a line floral dresses which fit well and look smart. I'd like to update my autumn winter wardrobe.

I'd prefer to shop sales or second hand because I am tight, but would like quality items if I can get them.

I am just under 5ft, size 12 and busty, used to have a tiny waist and abs but 2 kids have changed my shape and now I struggle with my belly. My office is casual, I am in a senior position but its a production company so while office are smart, the majority of people are in jeans. Its in a semi-rural area not a smart town and I walk my commute so need to be fairly comfortable. But still smart enough to meet with customers.

The skirts and jumpers I am wearing are ancient. I have a new pair of smart black trousers which need taking up and a favorite bias cut double layered red and black midi skirt I'm looking forward to getting out it looks good with my tan leather high boots but otherwise I could do with a refresh.

Style wise, I'm active at home, walking, cycling, boating, so leggings, jeans and t-shirts are common. If we are 'out' its floaty skirts and tops - I'm drawn to Jo Browns Boho look, maxi skirts or little floaty dresses. But probably suit tailored better as I'm so short. I have wild curly dark hair.

Any ideas what to look for and where?
