Where can I get some that used to be known as shell blouse?

Something that can be worn under blazer but also on its own when it’s warm in the office? I do not mind polyester but not from Shein etc. Anywhere on the high street really.

If you have had these from likes of Shein, what are they like?

I didn't know I want/need tops like this but I do. Interested to see replies, especially if they involve material that doesn't need to be ironed
