I had a septorhinoplasty a few years ago which fixed my deviated septum; however one side of my nose has a sharp ridge which makes it look really bony and odd on that side. I literally think the sharp ridge just needs to be buzzed down very slight almost just to round it out like the other side and I've seen that this can be done in a mini rhinoplasty in a surgeons office. Anyone heard or done this?
