Automatic hair curler

I love curling my hair. I have a set of heated curlers but I didn't use them in years because the curls don't really stay in and it's mainly only for body I think.
I have a curling tongs but I was never able to use it properly without burning my fingers, hands and scalp. I work full time too and free time is limited and rushed.

The heatless curls methods - I failed at them too. I don't have the dexority in my hands for making plaits at the back of my head or if I make two plaits at the side of my head, they both turn out different. I used curling rods and lately the long curling rod and I failed at that too.

I am half temped to get an automatic curler.

However I am also on a journey to grow my hair long and I minimise heat to my hair. Would an automatic curler sabotage my progress at achieving healthy hair growth and in the hope of growing it longer.

Right now my hair is so falt and it's so much more better with body in it and I love curls too.

Did you try the heatless curlband thats like a satin padded band with a wire in? I use one and its fab, no plaiting involved just twist the hair round it secure with scrunchies and leave. I am trying to grow my hair and its very frizzy if left alone and using my heated curler frazzles it. I do have the babyliss curl secret which is great but sadly my dry hair rebels if used too much.
