When I was younger I used to have curl hair which I absolutely loved but when I got to my early 20s they all dropped. Lately I’ve noticed my hair is starting to dry slightly curly I get ringlets at the back underneath.

any tips or products I can use to get my curls back??

loads online about curly and wavy hair methods, most using a sequence of products.

Look into the "curly girl method". There are probably threads about it on here, and it is all over the internet.

The curls may have left due to hormones not lack of products and may be returning for the same reason. Obviously if you don't want a frizzy mess you'll need products and in sufficient quantity (many people don't use enough) too

When your hair is soaking wet comb it upside down and 'scrunch' curl creme, mousse, gel into your hair. The exact product really depends on your hair and is a bit of trial and error. Aveda Confixer Gel and Boots pink Curl Creme are two good ones to start with. Use a diffuser or 'plopping' technique to dry. Your curls may be a bit crispy so carefully 'crunch' out the hardness without disturbing the curls x
