Red nose

Why am I getting lots of tiny whiteheads on my nose, which is also looking red? I have had rosacea a while ago, but that was more across my cheeks. Or is this another delightful symptom of the perimenopause?

Ohhh. My teen dd had this. I got her some acnecide treatment which has benzyol peroxide in it. Got from Amazon for about 6 quid.

Cleared it up a treat. Appreciate that was term hormonal skin but sounds very similar.

Could it be papulopustular rosacea? I get this on my nose but Azelaic acid 20% sorts it out really well .
