For the love of PJs, where are the bottoms that aren't too short?

Help, oh wise ones, does anyone know where to find pj bottoms that are not cut a bit too short? I stupidly keep buying them in M&S, thinking they must have improved, seeing as their regular size jeans that used to be a bit too short are now a bit long on me, but no! PJs always end up short. Even if they look deceptively ok when bought, they end up at half mast after the first wash.

it's not just M&S, in fairness. That's just the shop where I keep making the same mistake 😬

Please help. For reference, I usually take a 32" leg in jeans

Next long length are good, I usually take a 33" leg and these all fit perfectly.

Men's PJ'S. Unless you were looking for ones covered in kittens or bambi type things.

Longer, better fabric, good pockets...

Sorry I can’t help but following hoping for ideas as I’m in the same position!

Agree, though DS has now taken all my men's pj bottoms so I am back in ankle grazing women's ones. I don't care in summer though.

Absolutely Next long. My dgd is just turned 15 and is 6ft tall with very long legs. Can't but in store but can order. It means she can get similar to friends from a high street store. Important at her at her age. She doesn't want to go on a sleep over with her mates in a pair of men's PJ's.

Another vote for Next tall. Hush PJ bottoms in long work too, but are a bit pricier than Next, so I tend to wait for their sales. In fairness, the Hush PJs wash really well so I expect they'll last well

PJdesperado · 24/08/2023 22:28

Thank you everyone. I'll definitely have a look at Next and hadn't even thought to try men's ones. Yay. There is hope 😁

Another buyer here of mens pjs, they’re so much better.

Funny you should say that, because the M&S ones (the jersey £15 ones) have always fit my shortarse 5"3 figure perfectly. Until this week when I bought some and they're about 3 inches longer than all the ones in my drawer! Might be worth another look.

Oooh. Well that might be good news for me, if not for you! Would be nice with different length options

I have a Hush long pair, lovely. Sale though :-)

Tailfeather · 24/08/2023 22:55

I was going to say Hush too. X

Another vote for Next Long!
