Tummy control knickers

Can someone recommend a good pair of tummy control knickers/thongs/shorts?

Preferably medium control.

I have found loads with good reviews but when you actually read the comments, they all seem to say they don't hold the tummy in at all.

I'm a size 12 and have a bit of a tummy after having the kids.

Spanx works for me.

I've had two c sections too, they really flatten the tum

Just wondering if there are any dupes or cheaper version of space as they are quite expensive!
