Plaque removal tool - any recommendations

Can anyone recommend any plaque removal tool? Am not too worried about the price so long as it's good.

A toothbrush? Oral B io is good. Also tepe brushes.
I suspect you mean tartar/ calculus removal and that needs to be done professionally- see a hygienist.
