Do you use them?

If so what and what for / do they work or you not sure?

Does it make a difference if they are not taken religiously every day?

I have some multi vitamins but often forget to take them.

Also I saw in a magazine that a lot of women use collagen so interested in that ?

Supplements work if you're actually deficient in something otherwise it's just a waste of money. If you have a good and varied diet and are in good health the likelihood that you're deficient probably isn't high. Consistency matters if you're deficient, like any other medication. Get blood work done if you think you're deficient in something.

Collagen, evidence around it is developing but it's not particularly reliable ATM, some see anecdotal improvement but I wouldn't rely on it as a beauty supplement. Joints tend to be thing that benefits most from collagen. What it definitely doesn't do, but collagen manufacturers like to allude to in their marketing, is replace your own depleting skin collagen (as a result of ageing), it just doesn't work like that.

The only supplement I'd consider for beauty purposes is Omega 3 as most struggle to get enough of this in their diet and some of the higher quality ones do seem to deliver a sort of glow to skin. But, ultimately, it would be better to get this from your diet.

The two supplements that I've taken that had a noticeable postive effect are these:
Active Edge Cherry Active (I got this to help with sleep. It didn't extend my sleep but I felt I slept more deeply)
Pharma Nord Omega 7 Sea Buckthorn Oil (originally I got it for dry eyes but it helps with intimate dryness too)
