100% if your not already using an spf daily on your face , start now at lease 30% but preferably 50%.

You could also consider using prescription skincare , I use Dermatica but if you are in the UK there is also Skin & Me ( they are both very similar )

I'll post my refer a friend code so you would get your first month for £2.90 and your second month £10 off. For disclosure it also gives me £10 as well.

I really like Sali Hughes Revolution skincare. Good quality and very reasonably priced.

I am using vitamin c, tretinoin and moisturiser for my skin and my skin is glowing. Am doing that for last 6 months.

I’m 47 and my go to’s are Elemis cleansing balm, superfacialist vitamin c cleansing oil, L’Oréal age perfect toner, clarins active day cream, clarins double serum, Charlotte tilbury night cream. Often use a facial oil on top of my moisturiser just to really get that moisture in. Favourites are clarins blue orchid and Pacifica ceramide oil.

@Pinkyzstar which brand of products do you use? I'm looking for a Vit C

Geek and Gorgeous do a really good Vitamin C serum called C-Glow (basically a dupe for Skinceuticals), plus it's quite cheap.

As a previous poster said a subscription/prescription for Tretinoin. I use skin+Me my code is below 1st and 5th month is free just £3.50 p&p. I use it about 5 nights a week d find there's usually more than a month's worth in my doser so it's not as expensive as it seems. I use spf everyday and at night I cleanse with superdrug B. cleansing balm. I use a scrub a couple of times a week and use boots No7 moisture mask a couple if nights a week too and I leave it to soak in over night.

Link to skin+Me if anyone wants it:

Not that many people who are really in to skincare would recommend a whole system from same range. The best brand to get everything from if you don't want to shop around is Beauty Pie or Geek and Gorgeous. Both do powerful retinal/retinol products, plus vit c serums, cleansers and vit B (niacinamide) serums. BP also do spf which is essential. Not sure if G and G do. Essentials at our age are retinal/retinol, vit c, niacinamide, an spf50 daily, a balm or oil cleanser to remove makeup and a foam or gel for second cleanse or morning cleanse. A moisturiser appropriate for your skin type. Less essential is a peptide or ceramide serum which I strongly recommend as well.
