It’s the shaping at the bottom I like, are they a Japanese style? Pic is from Light in the Box, but I’m not sure about the quality.

I believe it's called a "tulip cuff"?

They have been on Ebay in vast amounts of listings for the last few years when I was looking for trousers, and all from Chinese sellers at the time.
I was tempted at first but decided against as I have been caught out before. If you do get them please let us know what they are like.

Tulip! Thank you. Yes, if anyone knows where to find some good quality ones please shout. Maybe I should try making some, there seem to be patterns available. Rina are yours nice to wear (although they’re sold out at the moment).

They're quite oversized, but look good on. I bought a matching shorter length sweat shirt to wear with them.I think you need to have longish legs (I'm 5' 6" but with a short body and long legs) to get the benefit of the crop tulip bottom. Although I remember years ago my Mum shortening a pair of zip bottom trousers for me by folding the fabric over just above my knees, creating a horizontal pleat, and machine stitching it, it looked really good and I kept the zip hem.
