Dress to impress -help!

I’ve been invited to a 40th party which has a James Bond Casino theme and the dress code is - dress to impress!

I’m 5ft6 and a size 20 on top, 22 on bottom. I usually like a wide legged jumpsuit but want to try some dresses! I love blacks and bold prints, I don’t have a massive budget. Any suggestions gratefully received.
