Please can someone explain to me how to do this properly. I bought co-shampoo and my hair ended up looking greasy and frizzy.

Proper curly girl method doesn’t recommend any shampoo, even low-poo versions.

There’s some useful Facebook groups - I think United Curls is one - which has loads of curly girl “safe” products and technique tips.

there’s a transition period with CG where your hair does look a bit shit - just need to persevere, keep the routine simple and not mess about with too many products
