Adding natural looking volume and texture to a bob

Hello!

I've just had all my lower back length hair cut off into a chin length bob, which feels amazing but looks a bit meh. My hair has a slight natural wave to it, and has a tendency to frizz, but now that I've washed out all the styling from the hairdresser, it looks very flat but also choppy and the ends curl up a bit, which is just not what I want.
I'm after something a bit more grungy, textured, surfy, touseled.

What products should I use? And how can I style it? It's a whole new world for me!
I can't be adding a pic I'm afraid.

Maybe sea salt spray?

Good idea, thanks! Any recommendations?
