I picked up a jaeger wool camel coat which fits really well from a charity shop for a tenner. It's in great condition and is a classic shape.
The only issue is the collar. It's a wide shawl style and really doesn't suit me. I'd want a smaller more traditional shape.
Everything else about the coat is great so ideally I'd get the coat altered. It was such a bargain that even if the alterations cost a bit it's still a good investment. But if it can't be made then I'll be better off donating it again.
Of course I need to take it to someone to look at it but that means taking it into work which is a pain so thought I'd get opinions first.
I can't find an exact pic but this is similar https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/195654004017?var=0&&mkcid=1&mkrid=710-53481-19255-0&siteid=3&campid=5338995942&customid=jkpEAIaIQobChMImc3Whe7egAMVcpNoCR0keQL8EAQYFiABEgJAVPDDBwE&toolid=10001&mkevt=1&gclid=EAIaIQobChMImc3Whe7egAMVcpNoCR0keQL8EAQYFiABEgJAVPDBwE&gclsrc=aw.ds
