I’ve had 3 items this week delivered to my local InPost locker. Locker was broken over the collection period and now the items are apparently being sent back to sender. All of them have agreed that I can repurchase (will get them to send to my home address this time!) but how do I go about getting my money back for the previous postage?
I’ve tried online, they ask for a code that neither I nor the sellers have. InPost customer service haven’t returned. Have I just lost this money 🤷♀️
