Waterproof, breathable parka-style coat

Looking for a longer length parka style coat, mostly for dog walks, must be lightweight and breathable as I'm late 40s and prone to overheating at the best of times, especially these days. Not bothered about colour really, needs pockets, and a hood essential.
I like the M&S Good Move version, that's the closest I've found to what I think I want.
Anyone have other suggestions?

I have this - the Protected Species Tour in khaki & I love it. It's very lightweight, but windproof & I love the adjustable back & side splits.

I have that M&S one from last year when they did it in a darker green. Wore it a lot. It’s a great coat. You might find Barbour are good too. Lots in the sales right now. I prefer a longer style to keep as dry as possible. Less bothered about the fishtail!

@Cantonet ooh that looks ideal, thanks for the pic - will take a look online. @TizerorFizz is the M&S one warm to wear? I have a thicker Brasher parka for winter which is great but too warm for current temps

Not really warm. It’s more of an outer shell layer. Get one big enough for a fleece under or a pullover if it’s cold. I get too hot too and I’ve just worn it with a t shirt underneath when it’s warmer. I find walking warms me up anyway. Depends on the weather but I think it’s a good buy. Barbour in the sales are definitely worth a look too.

I have that one too, it's the perfect autumn/spring coat I wore a Gilet in winter under it too
