Is BeautyPie worth it?

I’m such a product junkie. I get sucked into all the claims and then am rubbish at remembering to apply consistently 🤪. My skin is pretty good but my neck is terrible!

Any Beauty Pie subscribers out there? Is it worth it?

Lots of lapsed Beauty Pie subscribers! Think it was quite innovative when it started but it's just another influencer-pushed beauty company now.

RhymesWithTangerine · 13/08/2023 09:54

No. The products are not competitive at their price points.

Thethruththewholetruth · 13/08/2023 10:05

Used to be really good and competitive with its pricing but things have massively gone up, too much for me to carry on really. I LOVE my skincare and spend quite a bit so it was a shame they pushed up the prices so much.

Definitely used to be, not any more. I'm on an annual subscription, I'm restocking my regular products to cancel before it runs out in a couple of months.

JMAngel1 · 13/08/2023 11:19

Honestly? No.
The products are just meh - aside from one! And you will definitely be interested as it’s their neck and chest spray. Fantastic product - I got a free 1 month membership just to buy 4 of them. The rest I can take or leave - better K beauty products out there.

RicksTheHunk · 13/08/2023 11:52

Nope. I looked into it but paying membership plus delivery charges, (which aren’t cheap) just wasn’t worth it for me. My sis gave me a self bronzer which didn’t even colour me slightly and a white powder that literally did nothing. It’s just not that great IMO.

Definitely agree on the Korean beauty products out there, they are head and shoulders above Beauty Pie offerings.

redfacebigdisgrace · 13/08/2023 17:20

Thanks!! I’ll take a look at the neck spray.

@RicksTheHunk and @JMAngel1 Which K products do you recommend particularly?

OP posts:
RicksTheHunk · 13/08/2023 17:27

Oh my, I did sooo much research! I joined some Facebook groups and use a Rice Water Bright cleanser and Skinfood rice scrub, a wonderful dear Klairs supple prep toner, corsx snail mucin essence, Joseon serums. Honestly my skin has never been better. It’s very dependent on your skin type so is worth investigating but it’s very addictive!

FFSWhatToDoNow · 13/08/2023 17:38

I did a free month and placed 2 orders. I really like the products but not enough to pay £60 for a subscription.

JMAngel1 · 13/08/2023 17:41

Oooh they sound good!! Off to Google!

I love Numbuzin 3 beauty essence and serum. I also use cosrx snail mucin.
Also love Etude House sunscreen and Hado Labo premium gold serum (Japanese though not Korean).
Ha e a look on YesStyle. Loads of reviews to help you decide. You would definitely get more for your money but also most importantly more efficacious products that make a real difference.

littleteapot86 · 14/08/2023 13:36

I had a subscription for one year (last yr and start of this yr) and didn't renew it. The products were nothing special. I think maybe if i had more disposable cash I would have kept it as I loved their candles! And there is probably the odd brilliant product which I just didn't find. Back to Liz Earle, Decleor, Elemis for me...

littleteapot86 · 14/08/2023 13:44

although totally having a look at Korean products now following this discussion!
