Face tape to get rid of double chin for a day - has anyone done this?

Am looking at easy ways to get rid of a double chin for the day (for a wedding) - has anyone used face tapes?

Did they work?

Any recommendations or ones that didnt work appreciated! Thank you

I imagine it will look like you have stuck sellotape to your face. Just accept your face and do good hair/makeup. Smile a lot and be happy. It will do more for your face than some tape.

A good make-up artist can create the effect of less double chin, but your best areas need accentuating to take people's eyes in the right direction.

I’ve only seen face tapes used successfully to pull up eyes, and then you need a wig to pull it off.

Not to say it can’t be done….but a make up artist would be a sure fire way of achieving a cohesive look.

No, I can't be bothered, it wouldn't fool anyone. Apparently threading looks really good where they pull a thread through under your skin but I think it leaves a few weeks bruising. Costs about 1K, less if it hasn't got knots along it.
One of my patients had it done and I have to say she looked great.
