I bought a dress on holiday which seemed fine at the time, but now that I have got home, is a bit too tight on the bust. Can I stretch it? Googled this and some sites have suggested soaking it in hot water with fabric conditioner, others in cold! It's 97% cottton and 3% elastane.
It's a lovely dress, so if this isn't possible, maybe I should just wear it with a denim jacket or similar over the top? I am only a 34 B.
