SPF for oily skin

I have naturally very oily skin. I know the common recommendation for skincare is moisturiser and sun screen every morning, so I use an SPF moisturiser to limit the amount of products I'm putting on my face.

First question is do SPF moisturisers offer as much protection as sun screen?

I've tried CeraVe spf 50 moisturising lotion and Loreal Revitalift spf 50.

They both still leave my face feeling very oily and greasy!

So second question is can anyone recommend any good SPF products for oily skin? I want to take care of my skin but I end up feeling self conscious of how oily my face looks!

I should probably also add that I don't normally wear makeup, but maybe a powder would help reduce the oily appearance?

I use it instead of a moisturiser in the summer. It sinks right in and isn't shiny.
I also recommend a bit of powder. Bare Minerals pressed mineral veil powder is very good.

I use the Cerave Factor 50 in colder weather but makes my face so sweaty in the heat. Heliocare is the best I've found to prevent that

Is the Heliocare one ok for ance-prone and sensitive skin? My usual SPFs (Anthelios and Biore UV) are setting off dermatitis at the moment so I'm ending up just not wearing any, which isn't great.
