I'm 41 and always had issues with my skin. I've had psoriasis since childhood which is now more reactive than normal (possibly due to hormonal changes). I also have hormonal acne which is starting to calm down on HRT. I've introduced azelaic acid which is helping and found a good day cream plus use SPF but I'm struggling with a decent night cream. Every cream I try seems too heavy and I'm looking a cream that doesn't irritate my psoriasis and also doesn't clog pores leading to acne breakouts. Is there such a thing?
