Size 9+ shoes physical shop?

Does anyone know of a physical shoe shop that sells larger shoes for women size 9+? It used to be Evans but now that's gone. Google only shows me online shops. It's for my mum who's very particular about wanting to be able to try the shoes on, not just order them online, but I'm stumped 😕

She'd like a Clark's quality, but every Clark's we've been to is out of 9s.

There are a couple of shops in Chiltern Street in London but they are quite expensive. Magnus shoes and Crispins shoes.

You could order size 9's into Clarks shop and try them on when you pick up. Same for Next.

Russell and Bromley have selected styles in a size 9.

Otherwise I order online from Zalando. You have 100 days to try on at home and return.

I also wear mens trainers rather than ladies so you can try those on instore.

Also depends on if her foot is wide or narrow. I've tried on mens loafers but they're always too wide for me but might be OK with a wider foot. If you stick to a penny loafer style with a wideleg trouser that covers most of it then there's not really much difference.

Thanks for the info. She needs shoes that have good support. She's only here on holiday so ordering to try and send back won't work as not enough time. Thanks again, as someone else with larger feet it's so frustrating to not be able to walk into a store that stocks you're size

Hotter go up to 9 if that would fit her? (Nice supportive shoes!). They have their own shops but are also stocked elsewhere (think Charles Clinkard does).
