Is it any good? I've found a couple of tops I like but the website is really hard to use on my phone Is it worth persevering or is the quality rubbish these days?

Agree that the website is unusable on a phone. I've ordered some of their brands in the relatively recent past - warehouse and coast. The warehouse stuff was fine and nice quality. The coast dress could have been from a crappy market - awful, scratchy polyester. However the returns process was easy and they refunded straight away.

Their website really is awful, so bloody slow and takes ages for the page to change when you click anything!

I did order a bra from them (a Freya one, same quality as always) and the delivery was very quick. Ordered at 8pm and received the item the next afternoon (was free delivery with a code as well)

I've used it on a laptop and it was fine. Ordered a DP dress for my mum and it arrived a couple of days later.
