Expensive makeup counters telling you the price of things even if you didn’t ask!!

I hate this. I have been looking at eyeshadow palettes and looked at one and just as I was walking away the SA told me the price of the palette.

I honestly don’t get why they do it as I am not too embarrassed to ask the price. Anyone else hate this?

They probably do it as a lot of people can be embarrassed to ask the price.

They probably tell you in case you'd go ahh actually I can afford that. I've never had it happen to me.

I just find it patronising. Had I have been more dressed up rather than casually dress I don’t think it would have happened.

I’ll wish everywhere would just put fucking tag on things tbh.
