Love them but can't afford them. Anyone seen suitable alternatives. Budget around £100. Heel cannot be any lower than that (6cm). Wouldn't mind lace up with side zip and no buckles.

Oh those second ones are very different. I have the knee high version of the ones you're looking for OP and I do love them. It's worth signing up to Celtic&Co's mailing list, every so often you'll get £20 off in a catalogue. I don't have one right now or you'd be welcome to it.

The best I've found: these or a chelsea boot but the heel might be too low for you
