Tightlighting Eyeliner No Transfer

Please can you recommend an eyeliner for colouring through upper lash line? Anything I have tried - waterproof or dry pencils, or black shadow ends up printing on the lower lash line, not in a good way. I do not want to line the lower lash line. Thank you.

I've found Rimmel Scandal Eyes surprisingly good for this, provided you leave it for a few seconds before blinking. Once it dries it doesn't budge. If it does transfer in the few seconds after applying I wipe it off the lower lash line easily enough while it's still wet.

Rimmel Scandaleyes Exaggerate - nothing else works like this.

I use a kohl pencil
