Dressing For My Body

Since having my two wonderful and cherished children my body has changed so much. I’ve always had an hourglass like figure which in my pre-kids days I loved. But now well let’s just say it’s worn in through child bearing 😂 I’m looking to get back into boxing for my mental as well as physical health. But I know that my top half won’t ever lose weight, it’s the way it’s always been sadly. And it’s really bringing me down! So much so I’m considering surgery but that’s at least 2 years away while I save.
So looking for advice on two things. If anyone has advice on exercise that might help reduce my bra size that would be amazing but also any styling tips? I’m tired of wearing over sized clothes to try and hide my body, so figure while I’m getting back into fitness and maybe surgery I’d rather feel more like my old self and not a blob!

Look up Melissa Murrell on instagram and YouTube

She is a style advisor who is brilliant at showing you how to dress for your body shape, which in turn makes you look slimmer and better proportioned
