whispers look at mens shoes
this is why I don't belong on this board

I find new balances really good for wide feet - the 530 style especially.

Beetlewings · 29/07/2023 10:01

Have you looked at barefoot shoes? They tend to be wider with more room for toes to spread

If you have seriously wide or problematic feet, try Fitville.

I wear Brooks Ghost for my stupidly wide feet. Sometimes from women's selection but also from men's when I've preferred their colours

I wear New Balance 574's. Also have a white pair of Nike Waffle Ones in leather. Like @CatsOnTheChair says the trick to buy from the men's section. Works for my wide feet.

Adidas Superstars are good for my wide feet.

Vans

New Balance are usually good for wide feet, but I find that the lining wears quickly around the heel.

I have a pair of Rieker trainers for serious walking - they do a range of wide fittings.

Recently picked up some cheap Skechers D’Lites in TKMaxx that are wide fitting and comfortable.

Men’s sizes seem to have a wider toe box than women’s in general, so if you have feet sized about 6 and up have a look at men’s styles.

Gabor wide fit

I have wide feet with narrow heels.
Asics and Hoka are the two brands which reliably fit comfortably.

Adidas Stan Smiths are the best I've found for my wide feet

PurpleParrotfish · 29/07/2023 13:26

Apparently not the height of fashion but I have a pair of Skechers and it’s blissful to wear shoes designed for the actual shape of my feet rather than for narrow feet with squished in toes!

I second this.

I wear men's fit Stan Smiths - they are made on a wider last and are really comfortable. My first pair I bought on ebay to try out (if you go this route ask the seller for a photo of the label under the tongue and make sure it says male on it). If you like your gazelles you could try the men's version.

Puma fit my duck feet. Btw the autocorrect has now gone too far the other way and tries to 'correct' the word 'duck' 🤣
