Red skin- help

Overall, my skin is good and I feel like I mostly have the right products. It's natural very dry, but is well managed with moisterisers and serums. But I havr red patches- mostly on upper cheeks and side of nose. I just don't know what to do and would appreciate advice.

Basic routine is: oil based cleansing balm, clarins double serum, hyaluronic acid night cream at night. Morning I cleanse with an acid toner then amino acid+b5 serum and vitamin c then moisteriser.

Exfoliate traditional way once a week or so. Use a peel weekly - clarins one or The Ordinary.

What product should I tey? Have been thinking perhaps a Ren moisteriser at night - I think they have good options?

I'd scale back on the products and just use CeraVe wash and moisturiser for a month and see if that helps.

It might be worth stopping the exfoliation for now, and only using products which soothe.
